Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, property municipality and province, the kind of work, timing and a description. You may also include a phone number and property type. Please do not submit financial details, identification documents, passwords, access codes or other sensitive information.
How the inquiry is used
HAUSE uses submitted information to understand the request, respond and assess whether an appropriate service provider is available. Details may be shared with a relevant provider for that purpose. The submission is stored in HAUSE’s intake and contact-management systems, and staff may receive an internal notification. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Service systems and records
Website hosting, inquiry storage and communications rely on service providers. Information may be processed outside your province or Canada under those providers’ arrangements. Records are kept as needed to handle inquiries, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations; contact HAUSE about access, correction or deletion requests.
The project planner
The planner uses your selected answers within this browser. If you choose to carry a brief into the inquiry form, it is temporarily kept in the current browser tab’s session storage and removed after transfer. It is sent to HAUSE only when you submit the inquiry.
Website operation
This release does not add advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting infrastructure may process basic request information, such as IP address and browser details, for website delivery and security. Normal browser caching may store site assets.
Your choices
You can browse the guides and use the planner without submitting personal details. To ask about your information, correct a request or request deletion, email info@hause.ca. Include the inquiry reference if available, and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Information limits
The site provides general education and project intake. It does not provide emergency dispatch, a professional inspection, an engineering design, a guaranteed diagnosis or a binding quotation.
